Barrie Wilkinson

Barrie has over 30 years' energy industry experience with a chemical and process engineering focus. He has enhanced and developed economic models for energy based technologies drawing together information from a wide variety of sources. Results have been incorporated in reports for a variety of clients. He also has had involvement in developing and operating an energy portal web site, with prime responsibility for its content and organisation.

Barrie has experience with Gas Regulatory Compliance issues, bioenergy and renewable energy project analysis.

Barrie has experience in modern business practice for competitive advantage. This includes providing advice on generation and cogeneration projects, managing and negotiating the purchase of fuel assets, and contributions to business plans.

Barrie 's experience includes participating in purchase programmes for thermal fuels including biofuel, focussing on inventory management, portfolio management, and world best practices.
